BODY, BIRTH & BLESSINGS

     BODY - As you gain awareness and understanding of your fertility, you become empowered to trust in your body. As you learn to trust your body you will become curious about its potential. And when you discover how amazingly you were created, it will be impossible not to be fascinated! I would love to help you understand your body and work with the natural rhythm of your fertility.

BIRTH - If you are pregnant, I would be happy to discuss healthy birth options and provide personalized support as your doula. Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support are vital for a beautiful birth experience.

BLESSINGS - As you move into the postpartum period, I can assist with breastfeeding and other mom & baby care issues. May you have the wisdom to honour your values, the courage to ask the tough questions, and the understanding to follow the evidence where it leads. Many blessings to you on your journey!
